Online Research - Our References
For each and every piece of online research we take on, we aim not only to meet client expectations but exceed them.
It's all very well saying the above (anyone can) but at DJS Research Ltd we monitor our performance against these objectives. At the end of every survey we send a customer satisfaction questionnaire to assess our performance and to aid our continual quality improvement.
Currently 92% of our clients are very satisfied with our research projects, with the remainder saying they are satisfied.
We also work to the old adage ‘you’re only as good as your last job’. As a result, two-thirds of our clients in 2007 were either repeat clients or have commissioned additional work already with us this year. The other third have already said they plan to use us again in the future.
A few of our most recent online research testimonials are outlined below:
“Over the past few months, we have made a number of changes to our website based on research into the customer web experience. As each change has been implemented, we have seen a direct correlation to the increase in our active customer numbers. I believe it is key that you invest in understanding what it is your customer expects from a website, as well as how they navigate through it and what terminology they understand.
Too often organisations implement changes that are 'customer tested' internally - the problem here is that familiarity with the product blinds the organisation to the real customer view and assumptions are made which can impact the customer journey, and therefore potential customer acquisition, conversion and retention - your bottom line at the end of the day!”

"The research undertaken by DJS has provided us with a far better insight into the attitudes and aspirations of our members. Although it confirmed certain assumptions we had about our members, the research also highlighted one or two unexpected findings, and as such will enable us to improve the relationship we have with our members.
However, the benefit of any research like this is only as good as the response you make to it. In combining its research skills with the technical knowledge of Nathan Dickman, DJS provided us with valuable feedback not only on how to improve the look and feel of our sites, but also how to increase the accessibility of those sites."
